Organic Matter: Blue Diamond Wave/Curvaceous Flower Bud Necklace
Stone(s): One, 2.0 mm (.03 CTS), VS1, G-H, white diamond. Three, SI1, blue diamonds, measuring 3.0 mm (.10 CTS) (one), 2.5 mm (.06 CTS) (one), and 2.0 mm (.03 CTS) (one). Total diamond weight is .29 CTS.
Material(s): Pendant is oxidized sterling silver (.925). The bail (hook) is 18K yellow gold. The detail at the top of the pendant is created by taking a piece of a flower bud and then casting a in 14K rose gold. The blue diamonds are set in 18K yellow gold bezels, the white diamond is set in 14K rose gold.
Rolo chain is oxidized sterling silver (.925) with two, 14K rose gold accent loops and one, 18K yellow gold accent loop.
Pendant/Chain Measurement(s): Pendant is 1 1/2" long and 1" wide. Adjustable box chain is included, and may be worn at lengths from 16" - 22."

The oxidized sterling silver is formed using hammers and anvils, creating the rolling waves and curves in the metal. A flower bud is molded and cast in oxidized sterling silver, creating the detail near the bail.
Colored diamonds are colorless when mined from the earth. They then undergo a treatment called irradiation, to permanently create the colored diamond. Irradiated diamonds are not radioactive and will not fade. The enhancement does not affect the price and is an affordable option compared to naturally occurring colored diamonds, which are extremely rare.
