Warranty and Refund Policy

Jewelry Warranty

All jewelry comes with a one year warranty that covers manufacturers defects in material or workmanship. Please have your fine jewelry inspected by me at a fine art fair or your local trusted jeweler, at least once a year to prevent potential damage. 

The warranty excludes neglect/abuse.

I highly recommend having your fine jewelry insured and suggest, Jewelers Mutual Insurance. This company provides inexpensive insurance using a simple process. Most Homeowners Insurance policies do not include fine jewelry.

Return Policy

I do not accept returns. Thank you for your understanding. 

Exchange Policy

You may exchange your jewelry within 7 calendar days of receipt of your order. 

To be eligible for an exchange, the jewelry must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please include your order receipt or email confirmation as proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, please contact me at: nichole@nicholecollinsjewelry.com If your exchange is accepted, I will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

All packages are insured. 

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the contents.

If the jewelry is damaged or your package was lost/stolen in the mail, please contact me immediately at: nichole@nicholecollinsjewelry.com

Each issue is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
