Description/Artist Notes: Vermeil is a type of gold finishthat is composed of a thick layer of gold over solid sterling silver. The thickness of the gold portion must be a hefty 2.5 microns.
The gold vermeil square is hammered by hand and raised from the sterling silver, for depth and texture.
